Who we are

 Esperance Center is a non-profit organization that strives to help bring each client to his or her maximum potential so that each client may live in the least restrictive environment available. We do this through CONSISTENCY, STRUCTURE, and INDIVIDUALIZATION. This is shown in our Behavior Management Plans (BMP), Individual Service Plans (ISP), and by planning our daily program so that activities are structured for our clients. All of our clients are treated with respect and dignity. They are men and women with the rights and privileges of same. We realize their strengths and weaknesses and encourage them to make the most of their strengths and attempt to redirect weaknesses into strengths. We give each client the opportunity to learn all things in our program. Our local communities provide our clients with the stage for learning in Community Integration. Therefore, our programs are community based.
